What this app collects. Account details (name, email, role), sign-in activity, and the business records users create: time-clock punches, production and inventory entries, orders, and customer records. When an employee clocks in or out, the app asks their phone for its GPS location and stores that point with the punch — used only to confirm work happened on site.
Files you upload. A photo or PDF of a wall drawing on the estimator, and supplier invoices and receipts on the bills page. Each is kept with the quote or the bill it belongs to, as an ordinary business record.
How it's used. To run VertiCore Retaining Walls LLC's operations: scheduling, inventory, order fulfillment, and payroll. Approved work hours are sent to Intuit QuickBooks to pay employees. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising — ever.
Who else touches the data. Only the services that run the app, and each sees only what its job requires:
- Cloudflare — hosting, the database, and storage for the files above.
- Intuit QuickBooks — approved work hours for payroll, and invoices and bills for accounting.
- Anthropic — when you ask the app to read a document for you, that file is sent to Anthropic's API so the app can pull the wall runs off a drawing, or the line items off a supplier invoice. It happens only when you press the button that reads it, never in the background. Anthropic's API terms provide that this content is not used to train their models.
- Stripe — payment, when a customer pays an invoice by bank transfer. The bank details are typed on Stripe's own page: VertiCore never sees or stores them, and receives only confirmation that the payment was made.
Nothing is sold or shared for advertising — ever.
